Mobility, Disabled Bathrooms and Assisted Bathing

Our showroom displays a large selection of showering options in a range of styles and sizes:

  • Divisible shower doors offer assisted showering combined with a stylish enclosure to please the rest of the family
  • Low height shower doors allow easy access assisted showering, with the optional addition of a shower curtain track for privacy
  • Low level shower trays with a completely flat surface are suitable for wheelchair access if fitted flush to the floor. Non-slip surfaces and a range of modern colour finishes are displayed in a variety of size options.
  • Walk in showers provide easy access showering for all ages and mobility levels when a glass screen is combined with a low or flush to floor shower tray or wet floor shower area. The addition of a curtain track or frosted glass can provide privacy.
  • Minimalist shower enclosures can have little or no frame at the bottom, thus eliminating the step and potential trip hazard. Options include sliding doors and outward opening hinged doors
  • Wet rooms provide a seamless level access shower area and can allow room to manoeuvre with a wheelchair or walking frame. A large variety of non-slip tiles and mosaics are displayed to co-ordinate with any colour scheme. Wet rooms must be fitted by experienced, professional installers using quality waterproofing materials. Our fitters are experts in this field, and will ensure your wet room is fitted to a superior standard that will be enjoyed for many years to come

Also displayed is a selection of choices of shower controls and shower heads:

  • Ergonomic showers can help those with limited mobility with their easy to use paddle levers and easy grip shower heads. Available with a slide bar that doubles as a fully functional grab rail
  • High visibility electric showers with large buttons and white/blue colouring to suit the visually impaired. The chrome version suits arthritis sufferers who struggle with small buttons, while still retaining that all important modern style
  •  Digital showers offer a contemporary showering option, with a simple on/off button and easy to use thermostatic temperature control. Easy to install and easy to use, with many up to date features and modern styling
